I am the third owner of the house since EverDry was used. I called them after receiving a letter saying that my warranty was getting ready to expire. The previous owner had not mentioned anything about the basement being treated. I spoke to EverDry and they explained what had been done to the house and why. Basically, water was coming up through the walls in the basement because it is built into a hill. I now understand why I have not had any flooding in my house, unlike most of my neighbors. Time and time again I have seen restoration companies over at my neighbors house because of water seeping in from the walls. I am happy to say that I have never had this problem and always refer my neighbors anytime I see they have a problem. I will always use them for any house I own. Rebecca, Cincinnati

This a product and service we inherited with the purchase of our home. The previous owners dealt with some minor water intrusion in the basement which they quickly addressed with EverDry. Luckily for us the warranty on the waterproofing was transferred into our name. We continue to trust our basement to stay dry.

Love this company, super easy to work with. Yearly coverage insurance is cheap. We called just to say there was a small crack coming from where they trenched our basement and within three day they came out to fix it. Highly recommend!

After multiple failed attempts by others to fix our leaking basement, Everdry showed up like a team of superheroes and finally fixed the problem! I had a terrific experience with Everdry of Cincinnati. My house is unique in that I have two basements connected by a crawl space. There is only one access to the basement. They waterproofed both basement with a system in each. They literally used buckets to move the dirt and gravel to the forward basement (dirt floor). Both are dry and the mold has stopped. I am 100% satisfied.

I have had the Everdry system for a LONG time.. their service is the BEST!! I had a problem with a downspout and they came out, connected 2 downspouts and ran them away from the house before this last big rain and ZERO issues with my basement!! Bone Dry!! They listened to my issue and corrected it quickly and at no cost because I keep up on the warranty!! They back up what they sell, like it used to be!!!!! Incredible people to deal with!

When we purchased our home eight years ago, the previous homeowners had EverDry install waterproofing in the basement. We were delighted to hear that the lifetime warranty was transferrable to us as the new homeowner. In the past eight years, we have only had one incident of minor leaking in our basement. We called EverDry who quickly responded and made the necessary repairs at absolutely no charge to us. They also were proactive and evaluated our sump pump while they were at our house. They found that it also needed to be replaced and did so – again at no cost to us. We have been very satisfied with EverDry and have recommended them to several friends as well.

Crew was very professional kept everything clean and tidy covered floors furniture moved things that were necessary so they can complete the job. Answered all questions that me and my husband needed answered when the job was getting done told us everything they found when digging out the previous waterproofing system. Fixed all foundation problems which is fantastic cuz we didn't know we had that problem because the cracks were so well hidden. After the job was done and they did the concrete they added some additional concrete that we needed down in the basement behind the washer/dryer which was fantastic, they leveled out the concrete pad without us asking. Cleaned up very nicely no dust no debris took all plastic off cleaned up everything they left behind. Very satisfied with the work and completion of the process indoor and outdoor. They tested out the water system before sealing up everything and I feel like everything was done correctly and professionally. After that my husband had a walk-through with the manager on site he explained everything that was done helped my husband hook up the washer and dryer again so we could wash our clothes which was awesome. The Cincinnati ever dry location always called to keep us updated and asked us if we had any concerns and asked about the cleanliness. Had no complaints would definitely recommend them to friends and family my experience was smooth. Thank you so much ever dry now I feel so much more comfortable being in my basement knowing that it's completely waterproof. Im hoping they keep their word on the lifetime warranty. We did spend a lot of money so we're putting our trust in this company.

We bought our old house (1930) 5 years ago and it came with the Everdry system. We have not had ANY issues since we moved in. It honestly made us feel so much safer buying an old historical home knowing that an Everdry had been put in! We recommend it to anyone/ everyone!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We bought our home with a known water infiltration problem. They not only alleviated and redirected the water from our foundation, they waterproofed the interior and exterior foundation walls, as well as addressed the block walls cracks and bowing. Better yet their service comes with a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home transferable to the next home owner. I waited until now to post a review on my EVERDRY system installation to outline my experience, ensuring enough time had passed to determine if it was working properly. It has been 1 year since our EVERDRY system was installed and have not had any water issues in our basement since installation. Our house (2005) was originally built with improper (and flat-out missing) drainage -- no idea how the builder passed inspections. The existing "drainage system" could not keep up with the high water table in our neighborhood. In addition, no sump pump was ever installed to deal with any water backups. Slowly but steadily the water built up under the foundation, slab, and basement walls. Water finally started seeping through the basement floor. Sales was quick to respond, give a thorough on-site inspection, and explained everything I needed to understand about my options. I was particularly impressed with their lifetime, transferrable warranty. My (significant) research online looking at various contractors and vendors matched everything the sales person outlined to me. When my time on the schedule arrived, the installation was completed in a few days. Every effort was made to keep the basement, storage areas, and stairwell clean. Some concrete dust is unavoidable, but I'm completely satisfied with their preventative and clean-up efforts. The work crews put in 100% effort (back-breaking work) and ensured they addressed all of my specific needs. No more shifting and cracking basement walls! No more worries! I highly recommend giving EVERDRY an opportunity to discuss your situation if you have waterproofing needs. P.S. I've read some other reviews that are hard on the work crews appearance. These workers are hard laborers and dress appropriately for the job. Don't expect them to be shoveling rock and pouring concrete in a 3-piece suit. I have great respect for these hard workers!

I am very pleased with everdry, I have a 120-year-old house and the basement had standing water and was so smelly and damp. They came out and gave us our options, and fixed our wet basement. Every time I called them which was only for small problems, they came out found the problem and fixed it. I like customer service that is reliable and they were very reliable. If you're looking for waterproofing your basement especially if you have an old house like mine call Everdry, you will not be disappointed.

I was worried about waterproofing my basement because of the bad job most companies do in this field (Some are scams). I hired this company for its good customer reviews, and I was right. They did an outstanding job, minimized my reconstruction work, and met their deadline. I also got their yearly warranty. I called a year later, telling them that one of the two sump pumps was connected to an outside drain line that was clogged. I was worried they would tell me that an outside drain line is not part of their system. Instead, they showed a high sense of ownership for their work and sent a crew to replace the drain line free of charge. Outstanding! I highly recommend this company.

In the first year of owning our first house, we had significant water damage to our finished basement. We contacted Everdry and they installed a dual waterproofing system in the interior and exterior of our home. We have not had any water issues since then (10 years and counting). In addition to the thorough job Everdry did, they also have a fantastic warranty. After a hard rain we noticed some water leaking into our basement. The end goal is to finish our basement into a living space so we knew we would have to take care of this issue first. EverDry Cinci has been a lifesaver for my health. My 90+ yr old house had started letting water into the basement during rains, had no working sump pump, and had a footer that was beginning to wear away from poorly-diverted roof drainage. EverDry made it incredibly simple and straightforward for this first-time homeowner to both understand what was happening and to coordinate with them to get the waterproofing and repair work done. They were even willing to come back and do additional waterproofing to a final section of outer wall that the first time around had been obscured by previous-owner construction (that I had not understood also needed to be done), no extra charge. Dayton has had some intense rain events in the 2 years since, and there have been no water issues in the basement. The air quality in the house is better than ever, and I’m taking less sick days as a result. EverDry does wonderful work, and they were all great people to work with.

I was impressed with Everdry Waterproofing. I had an older basement that needed some TLC and this team did just that. Robert Strong the crew leader worked just as hard as the rest of the team. Was getting water in various places in our basement. Everydry came in and repaired our walls and floor. Did a great job in a reasonable amount of time, as it was getting cold outside and the guys had to manually dig around the foundation.

I would highly recommend everydry to anybody who is having basement issues with water leaks, dampness and bad smells. They are very professional at what they do. I’ve been a customer with Everdry since 2016. The installation went well, with a slight hiccup that was immediately fixed. I also had the EZ Breeze ventilation system installed. I've had such a good experience with EverDry! I purchased a home where the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof their basement, so I'm not familiar with the before and after, but I've been pleased with the service over the 3+ years I've been here. I've had a large amount of work done to add additional waterproofing to certain leaky areas in my basement, and it's been an easy process overall. The most frustrating part is how far out they book projects, so I'm usually looking at several months to get things repaired once I get make the call. However, they always do great work and communicate well throughout the process so it's worth the wait!

Everydry solved the water intrusion problem in our crawl space by fixing the problem at the source and not just fixing the symptoms. Crew arrived on time as scheduled each day and completed the installation under cold and rainy conditions. Drain lines and a sump pump were installed as well as the waterproofing. EVERDRY has been a godsend as a new homeowner! When looking at homes to buy for my growing family I was very reticent to buy something that did not have newer appliances, roof, furnace/AC unit, etc… because I knew that those big ticket items were not going to be something that I would be able to afford quickly. My home came with an EVERDRY warranty that would transfer to me as the new homeowner. We live in a valley so our basement was collecting water on a regular basis until one day the entire basement was flooded. We immediately hired EverDry since we had used them for 2 other homes in the past and knew they would do an excellent job. They took the time to discuss exactly the process for water proofing. They dug a trench and placed a drainage system around our house to channel water away. They also added a sump pump to prevent the water that was below our house from accumulating into our home. Their dehumidifier keeps moisture out of the basement as well. We have had a dry basement ever since! The few times we have lost power during a heavy storm, the sump pump continues to function very well. We would definitely recommend EverDry!

The previous homeowners used Everdry to waterproof their basement. Therefore, I don't have any experience with the install work/process. However, the lifetime, transferrable warranty was really important to us when purchasing the home. An affordable, annual warranty payment is all that is needed to make sure you're always protected. Friendly people every time I call. Never had a customer service issue.

We wanted to finish part of our basement but had concerns about a few areas where there were leaks during long sustained or heavy rains. We knew the risk of mold and other unknown damage behind finished walls was too high of a risk for our investment and health safety. We did research of basement waterproofing companies in the Cincinnati area and settled on Everdry after determining they had the best reputation and track record based on review we read. The job was way bigger than we ever anticipated, but the workers were careful and considerate of our space inside and outside the house, and they returned everything to as normal as could be considering the level or work required when they were done. There were a few times over the first few years when we needed Everdry to come back to repairs some chimney leak issues in one of the unfinished areas of our basement, but they were efficient and persistent in resolving the issue. 15 years later, we are still enjoying a dry and comfortable finished basement. We are very satisfied customers.

Great people to work with and transferring the warranty over when we bought our home 4 years ago was super easy. I thought for sure it was going to be a hassle but there was none at all. I haven’t had to call them to come out to fix any of the previous work that was done. I did call to get our pump replaced and they came out right away and got it fixed.

Everdry did my basement a few years ago and it has been dry ever since. While there were a few lingering issues following the initial work, they kept coming back until all the issues were resolved. Their lifetime warranty is fantastic! They have returned several times for things such as replacing pumps and opening up drain lines, all at no charge. I have already recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors.

I live in the house I was raised in and remember riding my bicycle through the water in the basement. I have a block foundation and they are prone to leakage. The reason I decided to have this waterproofing done was due to an ill spouse. I was afraid of mold and mildew issues resulting from the constant water problems. In 2008 I called Everdry Waterproofing and another company for estimates. I was very impressed with Tim Bussell at Everdry and his presentation of what the process would be. The entire process took four days and the crew that completed the project for me was professional and courteous. All of my landscaping around my home had to be removed while this was being done. Once completed, they were replanted and I didn't lose one plant. To this day six years later, I have only had one service call. They came out and fixed the problem with a new part the very next day. I called on a Friday night, and they were here promptly on Saturday to fix it. There were no costs for the service call or the replacement part. Their product is as good as their customer service and continues to be. The EZ-Breathe Ventilation Unit reduces the humidity and pulls warmer, dryer air into your basement. This unit has performed flawlessly and as stated it would. I would highly recommend Everdry and their waterproofing process. The peace of mind this has provided me is worth every penny.

Everdry waterproofing stands by their product, had a sump pump go out and they were out asap to get it fixed under warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs waterproofing work.

The team that came out did exactly what they said they would do, in the time they said it would take. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. Can’t ask for more than that. Would recommend for sure.

No more flooding after heavy rain! Our home stays dry now. We have no complaints regarding the quality of service we received from EVERDRY. Each person that came to our home was polite and professional. The men worked hard and were done on schedule. The icing on the cake for us is that it worked! Our home stays dry.
